I modded the 'sparks' addon for this forever ago. Been published a long time.
//sparks buyalltemps
//sparks buyallki
//sparks buyki tribulens
//sparks buy "Revitalizer"

Also very ugily can fill up your inventory from sparks guy. //sparks buyall acheron shield
If you run out of sparks it will keep spamming, just walk > 6 yalms away. (There's a lot of code cleanup this one could do).

There was a spelling Arislan pointed out to me. I pushed a fix to it. If you downloaded an earlier version and wish to update, make sure you also delete your settings.xml (or simply change mollifer -> mollifier).

dude no homo but i kinds wanna have your babies right now. ive been complaining since escha came out about how theres no option to buy all. this addon is huge and myself and im sure the community thanks you for it. if youre taking suggestions for the next game breaking addon, i think u should figure out a way to quickly trade items for ambuscade capes.

You don't have to target the NPC at all. Just be near it.

How do you use it? I assumed you just make a folder in the addon folder, call it temps, and download the three files into that folder, but whenever I type //lua load temps, I get an error message:

It's spelled correctly.
I do, but I figured it out; for some reason, when I downloaded the items.lua file from GitHub, it downloaded as a text file instead of a lua file.
Problem fixed.

It should be downloadable through the windower launcher. If it is not then I probably goofed something updating the addons xml file.

after i bought the items got stuck, couldn't move or do nothing anymore so had to close and open the game! Probably still faster like this then buying all the items one by one lol
