This is pretty dumb. Imagine the scenario where your reraise wears off, your lua auto-casts it and at the same time your alliance takes major damage but you can't do ***.
Best bet is to make an "add to chat" command to notify you when reraise is off. Or use timers. Or use your eyes and check your buffs. Or quit White Mage. Bismarck.Speedyjim said: » Or quit White Mage. You can make a textbox which remind you which "necessary" buffs are off or on.
Scripts can't use logic as far as I know, if you use Gearswap I can write you something to do that for you, but I'm in the same camp as the others, I think it's a bad idea, unless you're multiboxing Whm it just has far more potential to go wrong than right, if you really are just having problems remembering try putting:
/echo Hey, do you have Reraise up? In your cure macros or something equally ridiculous until you get in the habit of making sure it's up. Are you using a gearswap, like motenten? On the bottom of his has a rule that auto uses Afflatus Solace and Light Arts (if applicable) when you hit the bindkey for Updating Gear. You could add Reraise to it, so it'll cast it then.
If you use chatmon, you can write an alert with a custom sound when buffs wear off.
<trigger from="All" match="*Names's Reraise effect wears off.*" sound="C:/Program Files (x86)/Windower4/plugins/uhoh.wav" /> (You have to find a wav file of your own and make sure the path file is correct). As for casting it in the first place, not much else you can do other than just make it habit. You could try adding it into your shellra/protectra macro too. I like this idea.

Normally what i would do, is cast reraise first before any buffs. That should be your priority.
