Job Points For Beast Master

On another note, I've recently been investing into job points on bst and I had a question regarding two categories. The pet haste Job points and the reward category. From the information I've been able to find (digging through forums on BG or ala is a tough task) Pet haste caps at 25% and reward potency is 50%. Do those categories allow you to surpass the natural cap if anyone knows or has tested?

The pet haste merits count as magic haste for the pet.
