If this is addressed elsewhere I apologize, I can't find it. I just got my Anni to 119 and am starting to make my gear builds for it.
What I need to know is what augments should I be shooting for on my seiryu's kotes?

Store TP is the most crucial, aim for +4-5. After that, Crit Rate and STR or DEX.

Honestly now that the new earring is out, you only need STP 3 to make it work.

Or, and I haven't mathed this out yet, as I lack the earring...

But you can drop S. Kotes entirely from the Build. Which is a god send cause *** random augments.

Dex is irrelevant for rng, unless you're making a Jesus' Radiance build..in which case I doubt srs kote are ideal.

I mean there are plenty of options for dropping STP, the real question is which slots provide the least damage lost for most STP gained.

Well, obviously, new earring and a lutian cape w/ 3 STP are going to be the optimal set. Allows you to completely drop S. Kotes and use an iGarbage set of hands.

Problem is trading one random augment *** for another random augment.

Far as damage is concerned kotes were never best, but they provided a respectable amount of RACC even as a non-ilvl item, and easily obtainable. (not the augment).

There's so many stp pieces now, might even start running a 2/4 set. Idk. Rng usefulness is dropping off. Really only use it for Marjami/Kamhir. So not priority.

I'd love to see new sets, new ideas, new maffs.

With a 2 or 3 STP Lutian you could use something like:
ItemSet 330986
or Alruna+1s. Even so according to the spreadsheet it's barely a DPS gain over STP+5/Crit+3 Skote if you are at capped racc from what I can tell.

"If racc is capped"

Songs, do fall off. Don't always have a cor. Camilh/Kumhau probably not capping.

Rcb instead of sushi, (instead of Riverfin). Many, MANY variables. Maybe unique to me, idk, maybe people really do have songs and rolls up the entirety of events. And always drop 300k on riverfins.

I know that the only reason I use S.kotes is they are the only STP option with RACC.

More concerned with when racc might matter, vs when it's capped.

What does racc cap at? I just counted I have like 200 racc on gear alone.

Racc doesn't "cap" at anything, it purely depends on the evasion of the mob you are fighting. Personally the only thing on Rng I really fight that I even have to care about racc is possibly AA MR but I haven't done that in a long time. Then again I would never do Kamihr with Rng.

ItemSet 267908

My current set, idk I guess it relies on recycle 100% but with the proc rate being so high this nearly never fails. If you need some more racc you can use a hurlbat or flax sash

Just for reference, your set
Avg Shot: 871.190
Range DPS: 367.591
Set DPS: 822.314

But, like you said makes it a 4/4 which is pretty unrealistic. So you aren't getting the "on paper" values.
RATT 153 RACC 175
