Dont know snapshot, but delay caps at 80% reduction.

Also, last discussions i read in rng forum, it doesnt seems there is a common understanding about gear snapshot values (some people says some pieces are broken, others says the value is twice, its the same, its random, so figures....), so having a cap value of snapshot would depend of better and reliable testing gear methods, and amount of tests to figure all pieces snapshot.

Till then, just stacks all snapshot possible.

Using all existing forms of snapshot, there is no visible cap. There may be some cap like other forms of delay reduction, but we currently can't hit it.

Caveat: eyeballing/conjecturizing

ranged attacks, much like JAs/WS', have a 1 second delay before you can attempt another action. I feel like when i have snapshot rolls/gear/flurry II in effect, i'm at that 1 second delay between shots. I even have to fire at a different point in the "putting away your gun" animation. with lower delay reduction, i can fire again just after i start putting my gun away. with higher delay reduction i have to wait until i'm almost done putting my gun away, and i'm guessing its because you can't get below that 1 second delay between RA/JA/WS.

How much snapshot that would require I have no idea, other than that it would obviously be different for different weapon delays

Thats my untested opinion anyway, I could totally be wooshing.

According to the BGwiki delay page, my 582 delay gun has a real time delay of 5.49 seconds. If you reduced that by 80% you end up with ~1.1. so it could also be a 80% reduction hard cap and my eyeballing can't tell the difference between 1 second and 1.1.

Latency could factor into it as well, from the eyeballing standpoint.

There are some (mostly older) pieces of gear I haven't seen the Snapshot values for, though I suppose that nobody really knows anyway. Would love to see a complete list of Snapshot sources... someday.

Many older pieces have been given values through the SE's magazines (only available in Japanese of course). From JP wiki, gears listed with published source:

Acinaces 5
Gastraphetes 5
Ebon/Furia/Ebur 2
Sylvan Gapette +1/2 5
Oneiros Coif -3
Ebon/Furi/Ebur Jerkin 3
Sylvan Caban +1/2 3/5 with Velocity Shot (same values for the attack+)
Commodore Gants/+1/2 5/5/7
Navarch's Culottes +1/2 5
Mustela Brais 5
Wurrukatte Boots 5
Impulse Belt 3
Jalzahn's Ring 5

Gears that don't list source:

Zha'go 5
Aurore Beret 4
Alruna's Gloves 3
Manibohzo Gloves 5
Navarch's Mantle 5

These were probably published, aside from Manibohzo Gloves, just weren't properly cited.

Byrths tests showd different values for several of those.

My values look to all be 1.5-2% higher than theirs.

1.5~2%Δ?
Looks like snapshot is a 8/10bit function too! XD
