Huge Racc Difference With A 95 Vs 99 Annihilator?

I must be missing something here. My Racc was under 1k with this set, including 2 Preludes in a AA Elvaan fight. My Anni is lvl 95

After the fight, I put my Cibit bow on and gained 190 Racc. With bow and Adlivun arrows, I was at 1040 Racc w/o songs. How is this possible? If I 99'd my Anni, would it make THAT much of a difference?

There is skill+ in item lvl higher than 99, you'd need to 119 anni to have decent racc.

Cibit is a 119 weapon, which translates into +242 archery skill which converts into a ton of accuracy. Your 95 Annihilator has 35 base accuracy that Cibit does not hence the difference of ~190 rather than ~215ish. Annihilator to 99 alone will not gain any substantial accuracy, however taking it from 99>119 via Plutons will net it the same +242 marksmanship skill giving you the desired accuracy boost.

Just to make sure...I need to do the 5 Umbril Marrow trial, then the 300 plutons to 119 the Anni?
