R/E/M or a new upgraded 119 weapon?

I was thinking about buying an Anni and then for bow just using a 119 bow.

How much are relics nowadays?

I am not the best one to answer this but as far as I know, relic gun is the most desired because of it ability to help with enmity. and if you want a quick and easy 119 Bow I would suggest Cibit.
