Liberator Vs Apoc

With apoc weapon skill now being able to be used on any scythe does this now make liberator the best scythe to use?

Only Empyrean WS can be used with any weapon. Relic WS are still specific to their weapon.

If you get Liberator to 119 first of all Kudos to you, only last memorable achieve left in game, secondly it will always outparse Apocalypse. Apocalypse will strictly be used as a tool at this point which it was always, IMO, meant for to begin with. With current gear I can see liberator out parsing many jobs with the right build. I am almost done with mine and would be glad to post parses, sets (AM, WS, TP) to validate my claim. I also have 119 apoc, so I can post differences in similar situations.

I get Liberator tonight. I'm stoked! Everything pretty much lined up for 119 version.

Isn't Liberator better than Ragnarok nowadays? Or did SE failed again?
