XI-Util Broke My Game :(

I cannot play without sandboxes. If I try to delete the sandbox directory then POL won't work at all. It was all working fine until a couple of weeks ago when suddenly I couldn't launch windower via XI-Util. I tried uninitializing sandboxes in XI-Util but the Undo Sandboxing button no longer does anything. I need to undo them so I can use the sandbox plugin in windower instead and delete XI-Util off my system since it's no longer in development. Help!
