Magus Bazubands +1

I can't find any reliable source on this...
Does anyone know if the +1 hands have an improved version of the "Increases chance to learn blue magic"?

Consensus is no, but I'm just going off of what other blue mages have told me.

No increase reported.

The testing I saw a few years back showed that it was most likely that the hands gave a reroll on learning and there is no testing to indicate that is different on the +1. That said, I HQ'd my SAM AF head just cause, if you have the mats, why not, but you're better off HQ'ing the body which has actual benefits.
