This would be for any Delve 5x NM/ Mega Boss run, I'm going to just talk about Tojil.

Party 1:
Sch Sch Brd Rdm Smn Smn
Party 2/3:
Brd Cor Whm Bst Bst Bst

All Beastmasters need to have Brethern Axe or Kerehcatl.
Summoners need to have Dashavatara Sash.

Sch's are stun setup.
Bard and Rdm are for MP/Enfeebles.
Smn's are for magic damage, cures, and Whispering Wind.

Cor rotation for Companion's Roll(pet regain/regen), Beast Roll(pet attack), Hunters roll, Fighters Roll.

Bard rotation for March and Madrigal.

Preferably start with Raptor, with 14 people hitting it (bst/pet/garudas) should go down fast.
Move to Eft same strategy, only the Smn's and Cor's swap so that the Smn's can Whispering Wind below 50%.
Rdm kites Matamata (Difficult but not impossible) into +128x Physical damage mode. Full attack when ready.
Peiste should go down quick, only problem would be pets getting petrified.
Turtle just zerg.

After Tojil is pulled the Smns swap to magic damage, and one Sch Embravas. Followed by a second Embrava if necessary.

Again this is only a rough idea that came into my head, I'm sure it's going be torn apart but I just see the extra Damage from two sources of damage per melee could speed up the battles.
Also the difference between someone having Kerehcatl (Level 118-9~) would mean that the pet is also that level, where as Brethern axe is only level 113.
