How much Fishing Skill does this item give?

It's purchased with 150,000 guild pts from the NPC in Port Windy.

FWIW, I already have stall + sawfish in moghouse for mega-moglification-fishing, so getting the map will add how much raw skill? 110+?

I haven't really played in 2 years, but I remember that the Fisherman's Signboard overwrites everything in your mog house so there is no point to have the other furnishings unless you want to decorate.

I'm probably wrong though.

I heard once you attain mega-moglification that everything else is pointless, but if I can still add base skill I'm def interested

There is no evidence of anything but the stall doing anything once the stall's Mega Moglification is in place. The sawfish isn't doing anything either except adding to the water power to maybe get it over whatever other elements you may have in your house.
