While sonic 06 might have sucked hyper balls... Sonic Unleashed was 50% good and Sonic color was quite enjoyable and Sonic Generations was the best sonic game in like 15 years.
so if anything, since Sonic 06 they've been getting better.
that being said I still like sonic games ._.;; and I like 3D sonic *DONE WELL* as much as I do 2D ; ;

After playing Sonic Adventure and then '06 I was really disappointed with the squandered potential that game had if it had not been so terribly designed.

Jesus Sonic 06... I actually beat that game... just terrible. The most annoying thing about that game is it feel like at SOME point during development they gave a crap about the game, but then they got to like the Alpha and then were like 'awww screw it, we don't want to finish it, ship it'

Aye... snowboarding uphill, I remember getting somehow stuck on a wall with Rouge, and... ugh. ._.
Despite there being a completely obvious champion of choices at E3, I will likely take an extended effort to own all 3 systems for varying reasons.
PS4: Self explanitory
XB1: STRONGLY prefer the controller/peripheral archetype, along with the slew of friends that (likely) won't abandon XBL when it comes to multiplayer. Plus skype and gaming would be cool... I guess.
Wii U: Unyielding love for original Nintendo based ops like Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Kirby, Star Fox, Animal Crossing, etc will be more than enough to win me over by default. Not to mention I'd be stupid enough to blow $350 just to support and purchase the virtual console re-release of Earthbound. Yeah, it means that much to me <3
I find it HILARIOUS that people say "AMD makes sub par processors".
Actually Intel owns the standard and every time they make extensions to it, they try to screw AMD up a little. And that's how the CPU market works. AMD has to follow Intel so they have no choice but be the underdogs.
It's not that AMD sucks, it's how the market works. They aways have to design their stuff on top of designs laid out by Intel so they can keep their share of the market. And Intel isn't know for playing fair on anything it makes.
If AMD were the inventors of the processor and had control over how the standard works the market would be the inverse, don't you think ? :P
Also it is a bit strange that despite all the neat footage of anticipated titles and new OPs and whatnot, I am perhaps the most excited for Mirror's Edge 2.
That teaser alone restored my faith in EA. They tried something different and fell short of expectations (in sales), yet they kept faith (haha, see what I did there?) in the idea, and knew it had potential for a subsequent release someday, and here it is, on the horizon.
Also made me grin when the release date was replaced with "Out when it's ready."

I should have thought of it like that, I'm disappointed in myself for not doing so.
Consoles have Console Wars, PC has CPU wars, neither is truly a free market, just a two to five competitors trying to grab a total monopoly.
Idk if it has been pointed out already but the third party ps4 DRM will be the same as PS3. Meaning it only applies to multiplayer. And thats if the publisher makes it that way.
Thats prolly the first game not named COD to hit that number in a long time.
It's even more impressive when you consider Bethesda's sales projections were under 4Million. At 20million sales, Skyrim is nearly a Billion-dollar profit for the studio on its own.

Just curious but are those both new and used? if so what are the figures for just NEW.
Some hands-on demos of the new Thief game are finally going up, I gotta say, it's looking like my fears were unfounded.
IGN went so far as to compare it to Dark Souls in how methodical a player has to be to succeed. I was worried it was gonna be Mainstreamed Shoot-them-full-of-arrows and dive out the window. (I.E. Skyrim Thieves Guild)
Anyone have any thoughts/speculation? Lightning Returns FFXIII should be given a release date and i think this is the year Kingdom Hearts 3 shows its head, if not we'll get that KH1.5 release date maby KH2.4 trailer. Hoping to see MGS5 Phantom Pain news to.
