Luacore Downloading Stuck?

I'm not that computer savvy, but I will try and describe my situation as best as possible.

Basically, for the past week or so, Luacore will attempt to update when I start Windower 4. It will always get stuck about 400KB out of around 470 or so. It will do this for about 5 to 7 minutes and then let me in to POL. Then, when I log in, some of my plugins aren't autoloaded, like Timers and Silence.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you in advance.
