GW Plugin Problem

I moved servers and changed my Character name. Well I unlinked my old character and made a new account with a new Email and my new character name. When I try to login GW in FFXI it says "Loggin in..." Then "Invalid Email or Password." This is not true because I'm logged in now on the website!!!!!!!!! lol Please help!
