For the Shinies! A Guide for Thief
Was more referring to the path C effect itself, but yeah, Su4 is perfectly fine too if you dont wanna pay the extra cost/play a crafting roulette with someone. on sheol A/B thf should be fairly high on evasion i wanna say, if not potentially capped on the lower floors with current gear
Su4 is... not a terrible idea. As long as you RP it in dyna and not spend heroism on it like a dumbass
But if you're going to solo that instead of buying the RP run, ***on that too. Can a solo THF even efficiently farm dynamis-d? Remember you start at rank 0 so no TP from evading. I imagine they'll have trouble with killing the statues quickly and since the shared zone doesn't permit AoEing a accidental magic eye pull could cost lots of minutes.

Falling on deaf ears here AGAIN but stop soloing. That aside: You can go to a zone that doesn't have magic eyes. You can do Gust Slash, RLB, Sanguine Blade, or whatever else (depending on subjob) and you can also wield it in your offhand, if you so choose. Either way, THF elemental WS options are weak, in particular without support and nyame. Even my current best DPS option on THF, Tauret evis spam, only does around 10-20k iirc, nothing to reliably kill threats like BST before they get access to charm. Can't find a single youtube video about solo farming dyna-d on THF, but several for regular dyna. If dyna-d farming was effective on THF you'd think content creators would be all over that again due to TH alone so it's probably not. |
