Red Mage: Nuking set:
I'd go for AF3+2 hat over what you've listed here.
Eradico Mitts are a solid upgrade as well.
Cognition Belt, easy upgrade off the AH
Relic feet +2

The Witful Belt perplexes me on so many levels.

beaten to the punch on some of this^

Artemis Medal during full moon (if you feel like carrying one more piece for that..)
INT+3 augmented diamond ring from abyssea

There's tons of better options like neo-nyzul body but these are just some very easy upgrades

(I haven't touched RDM since 85-90 days so I hope I'm not too far off base)

I simply don't have the room for AF legs for healing and plan to use NAres (currently using Tethyan) in that slot anyway. If Addon gear isn't being held up elsewhere can make a ws head for CDC, otherwise stick to brego. Kudzu Aketon from Morta is an upgrade for TP/ws body iirc, assuming you're not having accuracy issues.

Buffing set: get relic+2 body/gloves, Enhancing/Colossus's Torque and portent/af pants for Phalanx/Bars/Gains etc, Full emp is only for casting haste/regen/refresh etc. on others with composure up.

Enfeebling Set: Use emp+2 body hands down.

TP set: Rancor collar if the -DT isn't going to kill you. Brego gloves over Dusk+1, Eurus kind of aren't worth it but only other options are dusk+1/haste3 feet from T1 TAU.

WS set: Rancorous/Moepapa over current options. Work on +1'ing the gloves, or if you can try and get Alucinor. If you're not using/planning to get a refresh moonshade get TP bonus.

As for the tp i'd swap out Eurus with dusk +1 (just because of the -3 stp on them) and as for ws i'd swap +1 hands for Alucinor mitts (not saying what you have already isnt already good btw).

Relic +2 feet for nuke build are real easy to obtain and will make a significant improvement. AFIII+2 hands are good for enfeeb build, but I prefer Avesta bangles.

Avesta Bangles is no different than Emp+2 for Enfeebling when Saboteur is down.

Thanks for the feedback on my nuking set, I knew it needed a lot of work.

After reading the comments I know what improvements to make, I'm also going to work on 2 elemental staves since I also have a 99BLM, so it's a win/win situation.

As for the serpentes for healing, I'm 100% sure that having 1 pair will give a 2% cure potency, I'd have to check where I read that. If that's not the case, then yes, I'll be switching over to AF3+2.

The healing set I want to build for RDM is something like this:

Genbu shield will have at least 4% cure potency, that should put me at 50% according to the item set (It doesn't show the 13% from the sword yet probably due to just being released).

Are you sure? If so, then would wearing the AF3 feet be a better option, or switching out the hands for the serpentes cuffs?

I was almost sure the feet still give X amount of cure potency.

Well, I'm glad I finally know that now. Thank you.

I guess, I could aim for a set like this then:

That should still put me at cap, if I manage to get 5% genbu shield aug.

The rest of the slots I'd fill with MND and fastcast gear.

Lets not forget how quickly extensive healing builds diminish in importance, especially with regard to jobs that don't have Solace. When you can nearly cap potency with three pieces of equipment, there's little reason to carry an entire build around for an inconsequential increase.

Is it possible to equip more than 6 pieces of gear with a single macro hit without using windower? Been looking around but havent found anything. Any assistance would be great. Thanks!

Is that an OTHERS Buffing set, self or both? You should have one for youself and one for others since the EMP +2 set bonus does not help you at all.

Edit:
Also the enfeebling set... Int and Mnd set. One for Black and one for White Magic, Also one for Dark magic. Most enfeebles are extremely short cast so loading up on a small amount of FC compared to Int/mnd or enfeebling magic isn't very helpful and that's even considering kiting or taking direct hits.

Seeing Suppa in the WS set, would replace that with a DEX earring or a TP Bonus Moonshade

And I think Rancor Collar in place of Snow Gorget.

For WS, Moepapa/Rancorous should be better than Rancor/Atheling.

so... I'm confused on your enfeeb set... is that for like high resists? You should have (least when I played rdm) 5+ enfeeb sets... int heavy
int enfeeb for heavy resist
int hybrid of the 2 for x situations like maybe they are ice resistant but a little bit of enfeeb and some magic accuracy will help land it and try to max out slots where you can get a good amount of both. DOn't go... ooh well I can use my rdm af body here... when xbody has magic accuracy/enfeeb and a lot of Int (if that makes sense

then the same goes for the mnd enfeebling, but I haven't played rdm since lvl.. 85-90 so I don't read up on all the gear updates. Even now more so with me not playing any more.
