Darkness SC Not Showing Up In Chat Log

Hey, i've been playing with Requiescat > Quad. SC Dark. For some reason the darkness SC will show up above the mob, but not in my chat log. It's not 100% though, it has shown in chat log before. Does anyone know what's going on? I'm busy on a VW shout right now i'll try and get a screenshot later to show you.

Probably changing gear before the skillchain animation completely finishes.

Edit: NVM, missed a part in the OP.

You are switching gear when you complete the darkness skillchain. It's been happening for years now. Not a glitch in our minds. If you want to see the damage, try not switching gear until the animation for darkness is complete.

Just use blinkmenot if you need to see the skillchain damage in the log
