As I put more effort into gearing bst, i am starting to get the pet haste gears. Typically for synergy augments the HQ have better augs and higher caps than their NQ counterparts. But according to wiki's both cap at +4. With cursed sollerets -1 being 5mil for my server, I could care less about the potential subtle blow augment; nor rolling the dice countless times to get that extra -2 call beast recast.

So just get NQ?

I thought HQ capped at 4 haste and NQ capped at 3 haste. I haven't seen nq with 4 before. I could be wrong though.

I realize its wiki and not screenshots, but the only higher cap was the call beast timer. Just hoping someone comes up with proof 4 haste exists on nq and save me 5 mil.

The HQ feet cap at Pet haste +4. Armada Mufflers Cap at Haste +4.

HQ pieces only offer higher numbers on the guaranteed HQ augment, with the random augments having the same cap on the NQ or HQ piece. As such, Call Beast timer reduction (the guaranteed HQ aug) is the only augment affected by HQ/NQ piece. The 4% pet: haste should be available on the NQ's as well. I have yet to make myself a pair of these, but since I have Smithing 100+ I'll probably try for an HQ pair anyway. Best of luck on your augments!

Yeah I figured this was the case since that how it is for everything else, wiki just had both capped at 4. Maybe someday wont be cheap and pick up the -1s or maybe when this damn spurrer beret drops

How much of a hardcore bst are you?
I would think that would make the difference if 4% haste or 3% haste is worth it to you.

It has been my understanding that the NQ can only get +3 haste.
I got the HQ because of that.
Good luck proving it though. You can't prove a negative.

I've not seen a single armada sollerets or armada mufflers that get up to 4% haste on them.

I hadn't seen any topics that covered this. I'm sorry if this is old news:

I see 14% haste that you can give to your jug pet with gear. Is there a hard cap? I don't know why it would be different than your PC, but I figured I better check into it first before investing time and money into gear to find out it caps at 10% or something stupid.

I also asked yesterday and didn't hear anything. Does anyone know if sphere effects affect pets?

Oops, just looked at the BG augment list page and noticed that Pet: haste is actually the guaranteed augment on HQs, so that means I'm afraid you do indeed have to have the HQ feet to get the 4%.

Falkirk did a rough test of this on Zam. it is likely capped at 25% like players.
14% from gear
10% from familiar Augmented Monster Trousers
16% from Atma

Keep in mind that testing does NOT include pet attack. Thats the main thing I'm trying to figure out. However, you can have really high base damage and low attack. Gerard should be evidence of that.

However, i do think that Louise will be a good solid dd now.

Is this acceptable or do I need to go back to the drawing board. I'm not even 99 BST yet and not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be doing with it. The intention I have is to use it for Dynamis the one or two days a week the rest of the set can't make it.

suppanomimi instead of ferine earring I would recommend.
hasty pinion store tp -5 hurts. if at all possible, chase after the oneiros cluster instead for tp set. This is almost a maxed pet & master haste set. you'll probably want monster trousers +2 to swap in for familiar and another 10% pet haste. You also might want to try tiercel necklace for another point of master haste. Tsukurrpa Axe could cap your haste better perhaps.
