It says "Black Magic" casting time.

Does this mean any spell under the black magic spell list i.e - Dark Magic AND Black Magic spells for DRK?

I've been using it in precast, however I am not noticing a difference.

its 8% not 80% ***is hard to notice. /rdm and try it stands out more that way
