Whys is it so hard for me to find a LS. I have had the game less then a week now and am a mar 26 and will be 30+ in a few days. Its not that hard to lvl. send /t in game or msg me on here. thanxs looking forward to joining some1

A lack of currently active players/linkshells is probably the problem. If you can't find one out-of-game, try asking in Ul'dah.

Meh, because a lot of people who are "looking for LS" via shouts got booted out of another one.

So it kinda becomes a risk of bringing in a doosh. Not saying that you are, but a lot of people who are /sh for one end up being that way.
