FACT

I read page 1 and this page. Basically recycling paper or plastic does the reverse of what you expect it to do.

Recycling paper and plastic wastes loads of time, loads of money, and creates more pollution than starting with raw materials.

The only thing worth recycling is aluminum. Which is the only thing I recycle. Not sure about glass, so some of it I throw away and some of it I recycle.

But generally recycling is a myth just like global warming.

This reminded me of a news story I saw quite recently about how energy companies pollute the land, air, and water of areas they surround while they extract natural gas that's supposed to be a "safe alternative" for fuel. Now inhabitants of a nearby town of one of those places claims to have like 1000x the amount of Methane in their water supply. (Oh, and like.. Methane FOG OUTS lol)

It's also similar to how some recycling companies that dispose of electronics (like crt monitors) make money off of duping their customers into thinking they actually do something, when all they do is ship it in containers overseas to China.
I read about that recently too. Reminds me of the same thing about rubber, tires especially. You think you're dropping off old tires to be recycled when in fact they actually shred up tires to sell to China so they can burn them for energy.
