so we just started putting it in the trash can

and idk why but for some reason the recycling bin seems to get really dirty

I think you likely have a nosey neighbor. I think it's unlikely that the state would keep tabs on it, but I could be wrong.

most of the soda i drink now is from a place who sells us the soda in glass bottles and we bring the bottles back there to be recycled
and other stuff i drink is like arizona in plastic bottles but i dont drink that much of it

no they have a trash truck and a recycling truck, our trash gets picked up every week

Our recycling system around here is ran by 95% handicapped ppl, think the driver is non. The plant is also 95% as well with a couple ppl over seeing and such. And no i'm not joking, its job creation.
