the WS itself has the aftermath, i dont think SE will limit it to Apoc, because the Apoc itself doesn't say "Aftermath: haste from WS"
The aftermath is built into the ws discription.
no i may get rated down but i really dont care. But ill still take it if i get the drain effect from it, I find my self doing alot more soloing on drk than i do anything else lately.
sadly enough i wouldnt put it pass SE to do such a thing with latent.
Lulz they aren't going to give you full time access to relic WSs. I'm sure the latent is very specific.

I'm sure it will be something to do with abysea, like making you have an Atma or some ***. It doesn't really matter, cata is the only relic WS with great aftermath. The rest are sort of ***lol.

Well adding to your critical hit rate is ok, but you have to remember if you're using this weapon for only the WS it better have good aftermath. You could, for example, use a better weapon for DDing with higher base damage or OAT and out parse any other relic WS weapon.
You don't get the Aftermath. The descriptions say "[Stage 4 Name]/[Stage 5 Name]: [Aftermath]" instead of "Additional effect: [Aftermath]".

If they give this to us it'll make soloing trials (if you don't need the weapon after completing) much easier if you go /sam. Especially in places where you can't Aspir.
I 2box'd my GS and Scythe Trials w/ my friends Apoc was really fun and went by really fast >:3

Question is say if i did 1200 ws on it will that give me 100 Cata ws to use? I asked this cause it says it has memory and I wasnt 100% sure if it stored multiple Cata WS's. I didnt interpet it like Tred scythe, but that just maybe my ignorance on it cause I dont have one yet.

It's probably more like Tredecim scythe granting a critical hit every 12 hits, so every 12 WS your WS log will show Cata. Use anything else but Cata and you lose that chance f using it for another 12 rounds.
From what I understood, you won't "lose" that Cata charge, but you can only have one charge at a time.
That means after you decide to use Cata, you will be unable to use it again until 12 other WS have occurred.

That's kind of a horrible weapon then. :/ I guess if you were soloing it wouldnt be terrible but cata isnt that amazing of HP gain vs a lot of harder mobs.

Perhaps. I just wouldn't recommend putting time in acquiring this weapon, seeing as time could be better spent working on a StoreTP reckoning +1 for an easier 5hit build.

Well reckoning is a lot better. However, yea the base damage is fairly good.

Well samurai is a lot better. However, we werent going there.
Well the Reckoning scythe is not hard to do, just maybe time consuming...since it's a lot of WSs you gotta do, but not hard to get.

I wonder, does it carry over if you change zones and unequip the weapon? Tredecim Scythe does.
