Error Code - POL-0206

Just in case anyone else is getting this code. Did some Googling and found the same thing on the update last year.

Please note again, this was posted LAST YEAR, I am only guessing it's the same issue, might just be me!

PlayOnline Login Difficulties (Sep. 3): Follow-up

Regarding the previously reported issue where users cannot log in to or log out of PlayOnline or its contents, we are continuing our investigation and working to resolved the issue. However, it appears that it will take some time before a resolution is reached.

We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Additionally, as a result of this issue, the following services are currently unavailable:
- Register or unsubscribe PlayOnline accounts
- Review, purchase, cancel, or reactivate Content IDs
- Review or update member information
- All registration code services
- Apply for the World Transfer Service
- Register Reward Codes
- Purchase Square Enix Security Tokens
- Purchase expansion pack registration codes

- PlayOnline Mail, Friend Messages, Group Messages, Messages from the GMs, and all other messaging systems on PlayOnline

- Log in to the FINAL FANTASY XI Linkshell Community Beta Version
- Log in to Friend List Plus
- Access to Register New Site and Owner Menu on the Community Sites section from the official PlayOnline web site
- Access PlayOnline Membership Information from the official PlayOnline web site (http://www.playonline.com)
- Apply for the Character Reactivation Service

And it happens the 1 time the UK doesn't get screwed on the timings lol.

We are getting the error code cos Maintenance has been extended by another hour. Ends 11am Uk time now.

I like how the first extension to the maintenance they apologize for inconvenience. And now with the follow up extension, they deeply apologize for any inconvenience.

Okay can someone please clarify what the hell SE is doing lol, went on a 4 day holiday and came back to POL-0206 error and an apparent never ending maintaince with almost 0 info on it lol

Try googling for 'real ale brands', some of them have crazy names... like, Old Growler, Speckled Hen, Loose Cannon etc.
