Nothing much will change for RDM

RDM is rarely used in mage parties as a source of refresh, BRD and COR have been doing that for a long time due to their AOE refresh.

RDM will still be needed to refresh tank parties and MP using DD.

Not really, if we're really getting Refresh II then I'd expect to see it around the same time other jobs get /refresh.

Well not now. But used to. Was always a pet peave of mine. Since when I was on blu I could never get a refresh. Hell my thf got refreshed more than my blu cause I usually sat at like 50/200 mp on it lol
