Kinda out in left field on this but does anyone know if the "added effect's" such as def down+15 (kila for example) stack with each proc? Or is it a one time shot till it wears off?
they can overwrite but not stack.
sadly I learned this after making an evasion down kila, it does not stack with pyrrhic kleos eva down effect, its one or the other :(

Magian weapons will not overwrite their own effects.
Mine has several times. By overwrite I mean the effect will proc again before the effect wears off. I've had the effect proc first hit and keep overwriting the whole fight, never dropping evasion down on the mob.

I've never had that happen, perhaps it was with the patch or with the new 15%down as an added bonus, that certainly would make them better than the stats listed.
