Ninja - Ni (33s Ni timer; Haste +23%, Fast Cast +7%, Ninjutsu 297) - Focus on Haste, Fast Cast, Evasion, Enmity, and the occasional Shadow Mantle proc. The ACP body is augmented with Fast Cast+5. This allows me to obtain a Ni recast time of 33 seconds without any buffs or latent effect equipment or /RDM. I have a Tiercel Necklace, but without an Acubens Helm, my recast for Ni is still at 33 secs. A Tiercel Necklace and an Acubens Helm will drop my recast to 32 secs.
