93 kills using SMN/WHM and no drop in Castle Oztroja, got bored and left. (Killing only the Yagudo Conquistador.) If you want to farm for this I'd really suggest ensuring you have Treasure Hunter of some kind, or you may be there for hours.
After a few hours in Castle O (during full moon), no drop. I logged in next day (55% LQM) and got drop on Earthday (with earth weather up). Earth day, earth weather, Earth elemental scroll dropped, go figure.
I don't understand the point of someone going through the ninjutsu scrolls, and posting a comment stating EXACTLY what's in the description of the scroll. Probably why they're all rated down though :p.
