A great (buyable) piece for a MNK MND set for Chi Blast.
There are a few alternatives but they are pretty much the same as this. Every MNK should carry one if they have a Chi Blast Set.

Point of my previous comment about it why should this be a nice macro in piece of Chi Blast for neck if you don't have Faith Torque is you shouldn't have to macro it in -at- all. There is nothing you can or should be wearing on your neck but Promise Badge or Faith Torque if you're going for the best MND for neck pieces. I think Aomi just worded it poorly.

Not everyone uses mnd gear for chi blasting solely on something like kirin kiting. If it's just for fun in a Nyzul assault or exp party you can macro it just for chi~
