In Need Of Advice

I'm on ToM 83 (basic cat claws) and I need to kill 100 goobbue's under fire/wind/light/lightning weather that must yield exp......

I tried to solo the elder goobbers in the B Tree at the top there (ya know, by the steelshells and Ramuh cloister), but they absolutely shredded my pup apart solo, even with whm frame.. (granted i wasn't in full evade/dmg reduc gear but still...)

any suggestions on where I can do this trial solo?

Put on a full evade set, you should be able to handle those. Sub ninja, any gobbues hit like a truck.

Crossed out most of what I was saying, anyway, the Pashow Marshlands S has some slightly lower level Goobbue's, and if that still doesn't work then just get a duo partner.

Sol, they have to yield exp, so unless i'm synced to like 20's the marshlands wouldn't work >< but thanks, and i'll try the /nin evade set, thx i typically don't go with pup/nin because the whm frame can usually handle all of my curing needs on /war hehe

Ya the S zones are great for these weapons, I haven't had any trouble with my trials yet, as there has always been a version of the monster I have needed, around Easy Prey.
