Merger Char Info

I was transferred to Sylph from fairy and my character information didn't transfer with me. So now I have 2 verified char on ffxiah.com. Is there anyway to merge the 2? or will ffxiah eventually recognize that fairy no longer exists and merge them for me?

They are recognized as seperate characters, but there are a lot of options that allow you to move your old content, such as pictures, item sets, friend lists etc, to your new profile.

Edit: for your character information that's tracked from in game, you have to relink your profile with the one on the LS Community.

It will keep it as seperate characters, I think I have like 4 now because of merges ect. It also says I have 4 relics on different servers. Only way to have all the gear/titles on sylph is to keep updating and changing gear in game and logging out.
