Yeah, I saw it too. I accidentally clicked on it, gonna run some file checks now. The site looked like the legit SE page, but I didn't read every last bit of it. I didn't notice any misspellings or simple mistakes, but we'll find out soon if it's real/fake.

Yeah, it's gotta be an April Fools thing. It's annoying though, the damn image is making wiki impossible to use. I can't click on a ton of the links.
And I did compare the actual SE support page address with the one I got when I clicked on the image, it's the same as the SE Support rules/policies page. Damnit Wiki.

tbh i seriously thought a virus got on my PC, was scanning it... and with the history Wiki has had, would you blame me???

I'm pretty sure it is, I mean really it's April 1st. lol If you disable javascript it'll go away preventing you from "clicking" on it if it's not. Better safe then sorry :o

Well it's already gone, I believe. So either that many people QQed or it wasn't theirs.
Use some common sense. Why on Earth would anyone trying to infect your computer with a virus use a pop up such as that one? Understandable that some people didn't know it was an April Fool's joke considering its still pretty early, but still >.>;
