I can not download the new version update and the error code its giving me is POL-1160 and at the bottom is D:ROM/180/45.DAT

Yes i am using PC and I reinstalled the game and i tried to download the version update and it's preparing the update no problem but when it gets to the downloading part of the update nothing starts to download its been like this for almost a week now...
