Im going to disagree. For a person like me that can only use one piece it is not fair when you dont have to pick what ONE thing you want. Because then i am less likely to get a piece that i want and that i will get a lot of use out of, other then someone who has the job but never plays it.

If I remember right, you can lot pieces in dynamis outside of the party/alliance. That being said, he could have just been at the place where he came in and just lotted away

Blockaid effect people out of pt not inside, Warp II only works if you're in the same party; thus Warp II is possible.

Edit: Assuming the person is in a pt otherwise you can't D2 period.

@usua: even if u D2 ppl they can still come back inside dynamis since they have there glass n then can start to mess up with ls n lot on everything n u will b unable to do ***cuz he wont b in pt anymore

Stealing 56 mil worth of dynamis currency to gear up 3 friends seems worse imo. TH4 is only worth about 4-6mil, so I have Trey beat on the douchebaggery scale :D
