Screenshot Submit Problem

I took some screen shots of items I have that you don't have any pictures of yet and I tried to submit a couple shots, but everytime I get to the submit screenshot screen where it tells you to click and drag to crop the image then submit. Nothing happens when I click and try to drag on or around the image and nothing happens when I hit the submit button other then the java says error at the bottom of screen and the page just refreshes. Can you help me with this? The image is only 200kb so I know it's not a image size problem.

what browser are you using and can you tell me what error you are getting?

Strangely the problem seems to have corrected itself. For reference though I'm using internet explorer 7 (from my work). And the error just appeared as a "java error?" in the bottom of the browser where it shows the files and other info being loaded for the page. It's working now and I went a head and submitted a couple screenshots.
