Logitech G11 Problems

Hi All

Just bought myself a G11 keyboard but i cant get it to work correctly.
I want to have ctrl1-9 and alt1-9 assigned to the extra keys but i can only get the alt1-9 shortcuts to work no matter what i do the shortcuts for the ctrl keys just does the same as if u hit the spacebar...

anyone know what i can do to fix this?

Hey buddy,

Are you on a MAC? because if you are, Logitech's had a problem dealing with their keyboards and software operating properly on the G-series for a while.

If not, i'm not sure how to debug your problem. I have a g15 and it works fine for aion, wow, and ffxi. could be hardware prob, call the tech line, and ask them, would be a good idea too.
