Any web developers on here?

I'm interested in having a site created.

I'll be paying some random Joe to do this for me, so I thought I would ask a few of you guys if you're interested in the work as well.

Please PM me with a link to your portfolio (unless you want it public), in addition to expected compensation for said work.

I do not want to post details as at this point in time.
The potential winning portfolio must be willing to sign a nondisclosure contract before work is to begin.
