HELP! Trial Version Doesn't Work =(

Hey guys. I been playing for a while but have never had to download the trial version of the game. A co-worker of mine is interested in playing FFXI and I told him to download the trial version to see if he likes it first. So of course he did...but! He says that PoL is asking for a registration code.

He downloaded FFXI first off of SEs website. Then he downloaded PoL. Is there something he did wrong? Ideas?

Ok stupid question:

Did he register and looked his email-account up? Shouldn't there be a mail or something?

I'm not into the trial registration but that is what i would say from what i have read from your post.

Yeah I asked if he got an e-mail with a code. But he said no. I'll have him double check. Any other ideas until then? (we're at work lol)
