Best Way To Get Back Into The Game

So I haven’t played in a couple years, but I’m getting the itch again. I’m curious though what the best way to get back up to speed is. I had almost everything leveled but not necessarily fully merited or geared. Only RME I had at full power was Ragnarok. I did have a few trusts, but I can’t remember for sure which ones (game is currently updating). I was wondering what advice folks had to get back up and running. I recognize that gear is going to be way behind, so suggestions on jobs to play, ways to get decent enough gear to be viable, etc. would be welcome.
