POL Corrupted! Help! (Steam)

My laptop died and when I tried to log back in my user name was all random jp and other random icons. Checked POL files, no errors, tried deleting and re-adding my profile and it still does it. Can't log in for s**t. I think the file directory is corrupted due to unexpected shut down (I know Playonline used to nag at me if I didn't select shutdown from the in game menu >.>).

I suppose just a simple reinstall is the solution, but I don't want to spend a day or two re-downloading all the crazy update files.. I've got the game through steam but I can't find a reinstall file anywhere.. Can anyone help a taru in need? ^^
