Perhaps a blacksmith / tinsmith / coppersmith would like to try their hand at creating this set in real life... Perhaps, if it can be fabricated in a dense but lightweight closed-cell polyurethane foam and then painted to look like metal, that would do the trick. I'd cosplay at NY Comicon, Wintercon or EternalCon. Why not?
