If you want to know the backstory to this, in a nutshell:

Rick and Morty is a very popular show, Rick the super genius in season 3 episode 1 paints a picture of his life goal being to avenge his dead wife but reveals at the end that all he's interested in is getting McDonald's Szechuan sauce, that's his goal, hence this end of episode speech:
