pol randomly needs updating?

It happens every 2 to 3 months. I turn on the computer open up ffxi through windowed then it asks me to update pol. Updated all my accounts information gone have to re put them in. Checked anti virus and had them in my computer. Nothing shows my anti virus is doing it. Any ideas?

Do you use dat mods at all? updated UI of any kind might trigger it other then that not sure

Never had that issues before,Only when i had dats.Might be antivirus tho
