A Barrel Of Laughs Problem

I have just Harvested the KI Ghuffawshroom and verified that it is in my KI list. According to the walkthroughs on both BG and FFXIcolpedia, the next step is to touch the Hospital Door at I9 in Western Adoulin. But when I do this, it just says the door is firmly shut. I have zoned and waited a game day. I have also tried the other quest spots: Svenjas Manor and The Mischief Marker. Still nada.

Any ideas?
