World Transfer Failing To Transfer

So I applied for a world transfer, 2 mules specifically, to return to Ragnarok. The status on SE account site says they are already here on Rag. However, they are obviously not as ingame they are still on their respective current worlds.

I get an email the service has completed pretty much after applying/paying for it, so I don't think its still in progress.

Anyone have any experience about this? I already sent an email via support page, but I haven't gotten an email response all day.

If you logged in immediately after sending it instead of waiting for the email before logging in, it will interrupt the transfer sometimes. Call a GM ingame and they'll tell you to log out for a half hour and correct it.

Didn't think GMs handled this kind of thing. Made a call, got answered, and was told to stay logged off for 10 min. Thanks.
