I think the only way is to use guildwork through windower4.

Is there anyone with more information on this?^

I also have a problem with windower4 timers lately,
sometimes i like to run the game in a borderless window 1920x1080
and other times when I'm multitasking watching anime I like to run the game in 1024x768 windowed mode.

So my question is, is there a way to configure timers.xml file to know the difference between these two profiles and adjust accordingly, or at least make it so when I switch I can change the pos easier instead of having to open the xml file and changing it manually?

I know theres tags like <global> </global>
I've also seen people use tags bases on character names
<zart></zart>

I was just wondering if anyone has any helpful information on this.

One way I can think of would be to have two Windower folders, but I doubt that would work, but it's worth a shot.

Aside from that you can manually set it when running the game so say you can leave your default for the 1920x1080 setting and just type the command to change it when you're using the other. I unfortunately don't recall the line to change it, but I'm fairly certain it's similar if not exactly the same as the line you type into the settings file.

there used to be a plugin i think knowned as setpos, that allowed you to reset the position of any plugin/addon window, but when windower got updated to windower4 it was removed apparently.

I believe you can just type in this:

\\statustimer setposy 145 75

and it should set it (those are the values I have for mine for 1920x1080).

Im using the timers plugin not the statustimer... I use it mostly for tracking JA recasts on THF and WHM.. can status timers be used for that as well?

The concept should be the same:

//pluginname setpos xvalue yvalue

I just realized I should update mine, oh well.

...

Make a guildwork account. Load guildwork addon. Log into guildwork addon in game. Type //gw update, wait a few seconds, check your page.

I think you may have to confirm/create character on your guildwork webpage after updating. Don't remember. I think that's all I had to do. After they're connected, it'll update whenever you log on, or force it to.

I've asked this question like 30 times and nobody would ever answer me. I saw people were still updating profiles even though LS community was down, eventually figured out that they were doing it through Guildwork. Loaded the addon, made an account, and now my page is updated.

There is some stuff it can't track afaik, like mission progress.
