Seraphic Ampulla

Today I got a Seraphic Ampulla (neck equipment) in Escha - Zi'Tah. It shows up in my inventory but I am unable to equip it. Gearswap does not seem to see the item. I can not equip it manually. It does not even appear in the list of items when I try to equip it from the equipment menu. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

FFXIAH says it is an ammo piece, not neck.

Silly mistake. BG list it as neck and the item doesn't say anything. Thank you.
