Negative. SE had nothing to do with Jinxed Jacket going from 250M to 800M overnight. The artificial inflated increase in prices for various synthesis materials was a direct result of this exploit.

Then again at least I'm not asking for 500 to 700 mil like others are :) then again crafting equals moneyyyyy

When you are making a synth that costs about 6 mil and if you don't get a -1 costs a added 2 mil ? 300 to 400 mil is fair then again this is just a post saying here's an item to sell. Not QQ fest

Obviously this is referring to across all servers. If five sold on Fenrir for that price and five more were up on AH I wouldn't be offering you anything

costs like 4m to make a lv99 synth, another 2.5 to synth it to 119 assuming you nq every single time

takes approximately 63 synths with orvail/craftmasters for a hq on average, let's say you're breaking like crazy and come out with 50 NQ, 1 HQ, and the rest wasted

63 * 6.5 = 409.5M total

NQs sell for 4m on most servers

250M(HQ) + 200M(NQs) = 41M profit for 70 min of synthing and your time camping AH

let's not pretend crafting skills are a rarity either, you can 110 anything in a matter of under a week for 20m or less

now, on top of all that, crafting a giant batch of hexed is a great way to not only increase your profits from farming vagary or escha but increase the speed at which you obtain them(a reasonably priced jinxed piece will sell almost instantly, selling 63 macuil horns will take you a month or more)

i honestly feel like half of these WTS/sold posts are outright lying to try to keep the impression up that people will pay exploit prices still

Correction 6 mil on my server to make and most do not sell at 4 mil each. More like 2 mil to maybe 3 mil if you're lucky. Either way I didn't sell mine for an insane price I love the assumptions here though.

Out of 16 servers, only 4 of them have sales below 3M in the entire visible history. Some have no sales below 4M. One has no sales below 5M. Paying 6M per set of mats instead of 4 just means you're trying to compete in a global marketplace while refusing to trade outside your own city.

tldr; price will drop, strongly suspect most of the wts/sold threads are faked because you'd have to be incredibly stupid to pay that much over when the items are sitting up on AH.. supported by things like posting:
prior to dropping it to <350

And I still sold it under 350 mil yet people are crying because? I'm sorry my server sells it above 350ml. Either I joined the crowd and lowered it and I'm still getting QQ babies? Explain that logic oh and it's sold :)

In reality be mad at the people paying insane prices like 500mil + yes they do exist on the two most populated servers Odin and Asura
