Promyvion Problem At Web Of Recollection

I'm running into a problem at The Web of Recollection. When I click on it I get the message "You hear a faint scraping noise, but the way is barred by a strange membrane". Web searching has turned up very little. This has happened at both Dem and Holla, haven't tried Mea. I started these missions way back at CoP release but came back recently to finish.

Have you done all the cut scenes prior to entering Promyvion?

You have that one cleared.

Oddly enough my Mission log says I'm on Distant Beliefs. Maybe I did clear them. No memory of it. Lol. Thanks!
